These guys bent over backwards for us. We were out of town and on our way home from our Florida vacation. We broke down 5 miles into our second day of travel on a Saturday. They were one of the few places open. They got us in pretty quick, they were very nice and very knowledgable. They got us diagnosed, showed me exactly what was going on and got our car fixed faster than they thought they would be able to. I appreciate everything they did to get us back on the road as quick as they did. Thanks to Maxi Auto Service Center, we were able to get home with only a few hour delay. Thank you very much guys!

I would like to say that I have had a great experience. Going to Maxi Mufflers on Broad Street. The manager was very nice, courteous and professional. I would recommend anyone that needs muffler repairs to come by.

We have been there twice now and gotten exceptional service each time. Got right to it and didn't have to wait long at all. Very friendly staff! Highly recommended!!!!!

SO SO KIND. At my emissions testing, I was told that there was a problem with my car (diagnostic plug unattached). I went to MAXI to have them check it out. George came out in the cold rain with me to look at my car. Back inside, Stephen explained clearly to me what the problem was. He said it was really only an aesthetic issue, and that it wouldn't be worth the money to fix. Both men were kind and patient, and I wasn't charged for an unnecessary fix! I am VERY satisfied by the service and care I received at MAXI.

From the very first and the second phone call a few minutes later Steven was very polite and cordial. I had a loud rattle in my car and couldn't figure out what it was. Within 45 minutes they had test drove it, found the problem and fixed it. Turns out it was a bent piece of metal on my undercarriage hitting my exhaust which was caused by yours truly and they took great care of me. I will definitely be back and make sure my wife comes here as well.
