SO SO KIND. At my emissions testing, I was told that there was a problem with my car (diagnostic plug unattached). I went to MAXI to have them check it out. George came out in the cold rain with me to look at my car. Back inside, Stephen explained clearly to me what the problem was. He said it was really only an aesthetic issue, and that it wouldn't be worth the money to fix. Both men were kind and patient, and I wasn't charged for an unnecessary fix!
